Timothy Raper, LMSW
Community Organizer and Social Worker
Timothy is currently an LMSW Child and Family Therapist and ADHD Group therapist for adults. He is currently completing his supervision to obtain his LCSW this summer. Timothy is a native Tennessean from the middle Tennessee area. He moved to Knoxville in May of 2021 after completing his masters of social work program at ETSU in Johnson City. He currently resides in West Knoxville. Although he never anticipated becoming a resident of Knoxville, he has since become very passionate about the Knoxville community. Timothy enjoys being a life long learner for his practice and has other interests such as gardening, knitting, hiking, running, weight lifting, cooking, thrifting - all the gay stuff. As co-admin and soon to be LCSW of the KGS, Timothy is dedicated to fostering the KGS as a resource for the gay community and the larger LGBTQ+ in Knoxville. Timothy values community, connections, advocacy, and kindness.
